Orthotic Lattice Support

A rehabilitation clinic wanted a forearm support patients would actually wear — ventilated, washable and shaped to the individual arm, without the itch and bulk of plaster.

Overview

Support patients keep on

The clinic supplied arm scans, which we converted into ventilated lattice shells. Open cells keep skin dry and let clinicians see the limb without removing the device.

Each support was printed in tough PA12 nylon, tumbled smooth, measured against the source scan and shipped with a fit summary in the box.

Challenge & Approach

Fit, airflow, endurance

  • Scan-to-mesh workflow shaped every shell to the individual forearm.
  • Open lattice keeps the limb ventilated and the device wipe-clean.
  • Strict file confidentiality with deletion confirmation after delivery.
