We print with calibrated industrial FDM machines in engineering filaments. Your file is reviewed for wall thickness, overhangs and orientation before printing, so the part that arrives matches the part you designed.

  • Layer heights from 0.08 mm (fine) to 0.3 mm (draft) to suit budget and finish.
  • Threaded inserts, sanding and vapour smoothing available as finishing extras.

FDM questions, answered

Typically ±0.1 mm on features under 100 mm, with tighter control on critical dimensions when we tune orientation and review your file first.

PLA for looks, PETG for toughness, ASA/ABS for heat and outdoor use, carbon-filled for stiffness. Tell us the application in the quote form and we will recommend the right filament.

Most FDM orders ship in 2–4 working days. Single-part express jobs can be turned around in 48 hours.
