STL, OBJ and 3MF are ideal, and we happily work from STEP, IGES or native SolidWorks and Fusion files. If you only have a sketch or an idea, describe it in the quote form and we'll advise on getting it modelled.
Our fleet holds 99.8% dimensional accuracy overall: typically ±0.1 mm on FDM and SLS parts and ±0.05 mm on SLA resin. Critical dimensions can be called out in your order for extra verification.
Standard prototypes ship in 2–4 working days, resin and nylon parts in 3–6 days. Express 48-hour service is available on single-part FDM jobs, and production batches run to an agreed schedule.
PLA for looks, PETG for toughness, ASA/ABS for heat resistance, resin for fine detail, nylon for functional strength. Tell us the application in the quote form and we'll recommend the right option — honestly, even if it's the cheaper one.
Material volume, machine time, resolution and finishing — priced by an engineer from your actual file, confirmed before printing. Volume tiers kick in at 50, 200 and 1,000+ units. See the pricing page for starting points.
Always. Every order includes a free manufacturability review covering wall thickness, tolerances, orientation and supports. We flag issues and suggest fixes before anything prints.
