SLA Resin Printing
Stereolithography cures liquid resin with light for parts with glass-smooth surfaces and razor-sharp detail. When the finish matters as much as the geometry, SLA is the process.

What It Entails

SLA captures features as fine as 0.2 mm — crisp text, sharp edges and smooth curves straight off the machine. Every part is washed, post-cured and hand-finished before inspection.

FAQ
Resin questions, answered
25-micron layers produce a near-moulded finish. Light sanding on support points leaves parts ready for paint or display.
Tough resins handle snap-fits and light mechanical loads well. For heavy-duty parts we usually recommend SLS nylon or FDM — ask us and we'll advise honestly.
Our large-format SLA machines build up to 300 mm tall. Bigger models are split, printed and bonded invisibly.
